What Is the Issue?

Mercedes-Benz has issued a recall for 1,500 units of its 2020 GLE350 and GLE450 luxury SUVs. The issue stems from the absence of crucial information regarding the adjustment of the third-row seat head restraints in the owner's manual. Without proper guidance, head restraints may be incorrectly positioned, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a collision.
