Understanding the Award Process

The MotorVero Customer Choice Awards were created to formally recognize the dedication and effort put in by MotorVero’s partner companies across the globe. This award is a token of appreciation for those rental companies that have delivered far more than a service—they have demonstrated commitment, professionalism, credibility, and an extraordinary level of attention to detail, ensuring every customer has an excellent car rental experience.

In addition to the recognition and prestige, the winners of the MotorVero Customer Choice Awards receive an exclusive stamp on the MotorVero website. This stamp helps customers identify rental companies that were rated the highest for service quality in 2021 when searching for rentals in various destinations.

How Can Rental Companies Participate?

Rental companies are eligible for participation when they achieve a rating of 9 or higher on motorvero.com and have received a minimum of 5 customer reviews. MotorVero emphasizes transparency and customer feedback, allowing only those rental companies with top reviews to be eligible for these prestigious awards.

Score Calculation Process

The overall rating score for each rental company is calculated by averaging all customer reviews received on the MotorVero website and app between December 2020 and December 2021. Each customer provides an overall score and specific scores in categories like vehicle condition, store facilities, and customer service.

These reviews play a critical role in the evaluation process as they reflect the actual customer experiences, thus determining which companies are providing outstanding services.

How are Evaluation Scores Generated?

At the conclusion of a rental contract, MotorVero customers rate their overall experience with the rental company. This includes assigning specific scores ranging from 0 to 10 based on key requirements such as the condition of the vehicle, the quality of the store facilities, and the level of customer service provided. The resulting evaluation scores are instrumental in determining the eligibility of each company for the MotorVero Customer Choice Awards.

Prize Distribution

Starting from 2022, the MotorVero Customer Choice Awards will issue all prizes digitally. Winners will no longer need to wait for a physical award. Instead, the digital prize includes a downloadable kit that will be shared via email. The digital prize package comprises:

The evaluation considers various aspects, ranging from customer service to vehicle condition, ensuring a fair and balanced assessment of every participating rental company.
